Layaway Policy

1.  We offer a 3-month layaway option, payments required in 3 equal installments. The first payment is due within 7 days of the order confirmation.

2.  If any payment becomes 15 days late the layaway will be considered to be in default and the merchandise will be offered back up for sale and a restocking fee of 10% of total cost will be assessed. No further   notice will be given.

3.  There are no returns or refunds on any completed layaway item.

4.  While a customer has an item on layaway, Oreillers will not accept additional layaway orders from that customer until the original layaway purchase is complete.
