About our pillows:

   Our pieces come to us through the centuries, bearing that time-aged look. We feel that nothing is
   too aged to let go, so we at Oreillers give each piece a new life. We start by making sure that
   each piece is lined for added strength and stabilized if needed before making up. All our pillows
   have 50/50 inserts unless otherwise noted, then trimmed out with antique trims. Since our
   fragments come to us bearing age, please keep in mind that your new/old pillow may have some
   slight imperfections. Our pillows are not new, just newly made. (Please understand that we are
   antique textile dealers and do not have an open workroom for doing custom orders or
   outside restoration work. Thank you for your understanding.)

How To Order:

~Email or phone to confirm an item is still available. Please be sure to include the item number with   each inquiry.

~If the item is still available, we will email you an invoice statement that includes the cost of the item,   shipping and insurance costs. We gladly ship worldwide.

~Payment to be made in US dollars. We accept Visa/Mastercard, Diners Club or checks which
  require a 5 day  processing. Payment must be received within 7 business days of your commitment
  to buy.

 ~ Returns are accepted for pillows only for a refund or exchange within 5 days of receipt, no
   exceptions. Due to their delicate nature absolutely no returns on textiles. Thank you.

Layaway Policy:

~We offer a 3-month layaway option, payments required in 3 equal installments. The first payment
  is due within 7 days of the order confirmation.

~Late payments, more than 5 days late, will be charged a processing fee of $15.00. If any payment
  becomes 15 days late the layaway will be considered to be in default and the merchandise will be
  offered back up for sale. A penalty of 1/3 of total cost will be assessed. No further notice will be
  given.

~There are no returns or refunds on any completed layaway item.

~While a customer has an item on layaway, Oreillers will not accept additional layaway orders
  from that customer until the original layaway purchase is complete.

~Layaway minimum is $1000, not including shipping and handling, no exceptions.
